Terms of Use
These terms describe use of the Long Point Roll-Off website and quote request form. Actual dumpster rental terms are established with DW Companies in the project-specific arrangement.
The website and the rental service.
Long Point Roll-Off provides information and a request route for self-loaded dumpster rental in Spring Branch, Houston. It is affiliated with DW Companies, the actual provider that handles quotes, delivery and collection arrangements. The site brand and domain do not establish another contractor, office or equipment yard.
The information on this website helps you describe and compare a rental. A project-specific quote and any rental agreement establish the actual container, accepted material, rental period, disposal allowance, price, charges and service arrangements. Those documents and the provider's applicable instructions should be reviewed before accepting a rental.
Requests, quotes and scheduling.
Submitting the form sends a request for rental follow-up. A successful receipt message means that Auri CRM accepted the request; it does not confirm a price, container reservation, delivery, collection or appointment. Preferred timing in the form is a request to discuss.
Provide accurate contact, material, location and access information. If the project changes after the quote, explain the change before delivery or loading. An additional stage of demolition, different material or longer loading period can change the appropriate rental arrangement.
Website access and a working form do not establish a human response time or round-the-clock delivery service. Call the published number to discuss time-sensitive arrangements rather than treating an unanswered request as an arranged service.
Loading and material responsibilities.
The rental is self-loaded. Carrying, lifting and loading assistance is arranged separately. Identify who will perform that work and whether suitable help is available before arranging delivery. Do not treat a container rental as authorization or instructions to perform demolition, utility disconnection or other specialist work.
Identify furniture, appliances, fixtures, dense material and unusual contents individually for acceptance review. Asphalt roofing material and shingles, whole used or scrap tires, liquids and paint cans, gases or compressed chemicals, hazardous or medical waste and carcasses are excluded. Concrete and dirt require the designated setup and material-specific limits.
Keep the load below the top rail or any lower material-specific limit and follow the actual loading instructions. Container volume is not a universal weight allowance. Do not add prohibited material or assume that an item is acceptable solely because it fits inside the container.
Property access and placement.
Describe the proposed placement, delivery approach, gates, overhead obstacles, surface, slope and shared parking. The published container footprint does not include every movement or clearance needed by the truck or an open rear door. Property-specific access must be reviewed as part of the arrangement.
Ensure that the appropriate person authorizes use of private property and that shared access requirements are addressed. Public-street or right-of-way placement can require a separate permission or process. A rental request through this website does not obtain that permission for you.
Maintain an agreed loading and collection route. If vehicles, construction or other conditions change the access plan, communicate the change before the affected delivery or collection.
Use of the website and questions.
Use the request form for genuine rental questions and provide only information relevant to that purpose. Do not send unlawful, abusive, deceptive or malicious submissions, attempt to bypass endpoint protections or submit someone else's details without appropriate authority.
General planning explanations and published dimensions should be considered with the material and actual project conditions. Follow the project-specific rental terms and loading instructions.
For questions about a request or these terms, call (713) 465-7231 and identify Long Point Roll-Off. Read the privacy policy before submitting personal information. These website terms are dated October 22, 2026 and are separate from the provider's rental agreement.
